Personal Training
This is a customized training program based on your current level of health and fitness. We offer a program that includes initial assessment, instruction on weight selection and proper form, customized training program and tracking log to track your progress.
· Initial assessment, initial exercise instruction and training program $100
· Initial assessment, initial exercise instruction and program + 2 additional training sessions (45 mins) $180
· Initial assessment, initial exercise instruction and program + 4 additional training sessions (45 mins) $260
MacCore
Exercise Basics:
· Strengthen your core from your hips to your shoulders beyond situps and crunches
· Learn how to perform core and bodyweight exercises in a safe and effective way
· Learn how to modify exercises to make them safer and easier for you
· Mobilize stiff joints and loosen tight muscles
Beginning Core class – This classes focuses on the basics from learning better breathing to learning how to move without hurting your knees and low back. This class meets twice per week for 6 weeks or one night for 6 weeks. Cost is $60 for members and $75 for nonmembers or $30 and $37 in the evening.
Class meets Mondays and Thursday at 9:15AM or 1:15 PM / Tuesdays after 5 PM depending on participants work schedule.
Advanced core class – Once you or your group understand the basics and are ready for more. This class continues with the same basic concepts and expands to include more advanced mobility, bodyweight exercises and core strengthening. This class meets twice per week for 6 weeks. Cost is $60 for members and $75 for nonmembers or $30 and $37 in the evening.
Class meets Mondays and Thursday at 8:15 AM or 9:15 AM / Tuesday after 5 PM.
The MACCenter is committed to helping everyone get into better shape regardless of fitness level and ability. Call if you have any questions. A free introductory Core or Fit class is available upon request. Come by yourself or with a group if you are unsure which class is the best fit for you or your group.
Every class must have at least 6 participants.
Call the front desk and leave your name, number and time of day that you are available – let us know if you have a request for a certain time.
MacFit
For those who have been through MacCore or are just simply ready for more advanced exercises from the start. These classes are total body training using bodyweight, bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells.
· Learn to maintain good posture and core control through more advanced exercises
· Build better strength and mobility using weight or more exercises
· Improve conditioning of heart and lungs by going through a series of movements
Beginning – This class focuses on progressing each member from bodyweight squats to bands and TRX straps to kettlebells. Simple movements that allow for safety while learning and yet enough challenge to improve. This class meets twice per week for 6 weeks. Cost is $60 for members and $75 for nonmembers.
Classes meet Monday and Thursday at 8:15 AM on weight deck.
Intermediate – The only real changes are in the difficulty of exercises and the focus shifts more to fat loss and muscle tone and less on learning technique and control as this has already been established. This class meets twice per week for 6 weeks. Cost is $60 for members and $75 for nonmembers.
Advanced – Every class is designed to use kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and more advanced bodyweight exercises. The same concepts just with higher intensity. This class meets twice per week for 6 weeks. Cost is $60 for members and $75 for nonmembers.

All class days and times are flexible depending on schedule of participants – Classes can be offered any day of the week from 5am to 7 pm call the front desk and leave your name, number and time of day that you are available.
